Paul McCaughey – Managing Director
Paul is the founder and owner of Opus and identified the demand for Commercial Property as an asset class whilst working in his Sports Marketing career. He began Opus to provide a vehicle in which to make personal investments alongside co investors from the world of football.  He was at adidas for 10 years and was Head of Football there for the last 4 years of that time. Since leaving adidas Paul has had a number of Private and Public company board positions with a consistent Sports focus. Paul has significant clients in the Sports and Entertainment sector whilst developing further each year into the City and Business Owners.
Paul is guest speaker at a number of IFA forums and has extensive market intelligence in Alternative Investments.

Ted Yeates – Business Consultant
After a successful 23-year career in the Army Medical Services Ted Yeates entered financial services as an Independent Financial Adviser in 1984. He was a founding director of IFA Care in 1995 and was appointed as Regional Chairman of the Life Insurance Association in 1997. Since the mid 1990s he has specialised in advising high net worth and elderly clients on capital investments, estate preservation, asset protection, care funding, offshore trusts and IHT mitigation. Ted set up his own company in 2003 and in 2006 left the Financial Services sector in order to provide wider-ranging solutions to clients through referral to personally known specialist advisers in a range of professions. Ted manages a number of Opus clients in the South and London area.

Tim Andrew – Business Consultant
Tim has had over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry; principally involved with team management, business development and distribution.  Having gained a breadth of experience with large Corporates, both onshore and offshore, Tim set up his own Company, Tregarn Consulting, in 2002, to provide consultancy services on the design and distribution of investment funds; this included broker consultancy services.  

Tim has now joined forces with Opus Capital Solutions to provide additional distribution capabilities to ensure a wider base of intermediaries become aware of the investment opportunities available through Opus. Tim is a past member of the Life Insurance Association, and holds a BSc (Hons) degree, the Financial Planning Certificate and an MBA.
